![]() On my third trip to the desk he told me that the maintenance man would me meet me upstairs. The desk clerk was very nonchalant and had the nerve to say "its' okay." I told him that it wasn't okay, maybe for him because he was working but that I was ready to go to sleep. Three trips up and down totally exhausted and frustrated by the situation. I returned to the room and it still didn't work. I went to front desk and clerk swiped the card. Surprise the key fob didn't work and a red light appeared when I touched it against the door. 3) I went to the casino later and returned to my room tired and ready to get to bed. Luckily, my family members were in adjoining room where I waited for maintenance to arrive. I had to wait for about 20 minutes for maintenance to arrive and unlock the door. I went back downstairs and was told that maintenance would meet me upstairs. I went to the front desk and they swiped the key fob, returned to room and key fob still didn't work. 2) I went to the casino upon returning to my room & the key fob wouldn't work. I was told that they didn't have any adjoining rooms on that floor but then a few minutes later it turns out the room next to my room was available. We returned to the front desk and asked for adjoining rooms. The front desk clerk gave us rooms on the same floor but on opposite ends of the floor.
